A yoga class that synchronizes poses together in a flowing sequence to create a moving meditation, by connecting movement with the breath. A dynamic class that provides calmness of the mind through focus, yet is invigorating physically. This class will build strength, increase flexibility, aid in balance and create mental awareness. Modifications and variations are offered, so all levels are welcome. Please bring a mat and water.
