    210805 - Sit & Be Fit

    This class is geared toward older adults who would like a less strenuous exercise class that still works on basic fitness. The majority of the class will be done while seated, but standing is always an option. This is a head-to-toe workout, suitable and adaptable for any fitness level. Fitness work will be done while seated, or standing, to a range of musical themes from the big bands, to the classics. Light dumbbells and resistance bands will be used for strength training. Each class session will culminate with a cool-down and stretching. Please bring a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes. Join us and take time to take care of yourself!
